The meeting required that all localities should go all out to do a good job in the mechanized production of "Three Summers", resolutely fight the tough battle of cross-regional operation of agricultural machinery, and ensure that the total input of machinery and tools will increase steadily, the level of operation will increase steadily, and the operation market will be stable sequence.
