At present, the country has entered the stage of spring ploughing and spring sowing from south to north. Tractors are basic agricultural machinery equipment that is frequently used. After a winter of "dormancy", the spring ploughing has entered the busy stage of farming. Doing a good job in technical maintenance can slow down the deterioration of the technical state of each component, reduce failures, prolong the service life, and ensure that the tractor often works in good condition.

1. Engine idling run-in

Start the engine in the order specified in the manual, so that the engine runs in the order of low speed, medium speed, and high speed, that is, from small throttle, medium throttle, and large throttle, each in turn for 5 minutes. During the running-in process of the engine idling, carefully check the working conditions of the engine, air compressor and hydraulic oil pump, observe whether there is any abnormal phenomenon and sound, check whether there is water leakage, oil leakage and air leakage, and whether the instrument is working normally. When any abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be stopped immediately and run-in again after troubleshooting.

2. No-load running-in of PTO shaft

Put the engine throttle handle to the middle throttle position, run the engine at medium speed, and make the power take-off shaft run at low speed and high speed for 5 minutes respectively, and check whether there is any abnormality. After running in, the power take-off shaft must be in the neutral position.

3. Tractor empty driving and load running-in

When the engine is idling, the power take-off shaft and the hydraulic system are running in, and the technical state of the tractor is confirmed to be normal, the whole machine can be run-in. When running in without running, the turning operation should be performed at low speed and the unilateral brake should be used appropriately, and emergency braking should be tested at high speed. After running-in without running, the tractor can be run-in with load only when the technical state of the tractor is completely normal. When running-in under load, the load must be changed from small to large, and the gears must be changed from low to high, gear by gear.

4. Hydraulic system running-in

Start the engine, put the throttle in the middle throttle position, operate the distributor handle, lift the suspension mechanism several times, and observe whether there is any abnormality. Then hang a weight of about 500-800 kg or agricultural implements with a mass of about 500-800 kg on the suspension mechanism, make the engine run at the high throttle position, manipulate the handle of the distributor, so that the suspension mechanism can rise and fall in the full stroke, and repeat no less than 20 times. Second-rate. Check whether the hydraulic suspension mechanism can be fixed in a high position or a desired position, the lifting time and whether there is leakage. When the tractor is stationary, the engine is running at low, medium and high speed, and the steering wheel is steered to the left and right 10 times smoothly, and the left and right steering of the tractor is observed. If a fault is found during the running-in process, the cause should be analyzed and eliminated in time.

5. Cooling system

In cold areas, it is important to check whether the engine has frostbite, especially if the engine has not been drained of water or antifreeze has not been added before, it is necessary to carefully check whether there are signs of frost cracking in the engine body water block, water drain switch, oil radiator, etc. If it is normal, add soft water until the mouth of the water tank is flush, and let it sit for an hour to see if the water level changes. If the water level has dropped, you need to find the cause. If there is no drop, it is normal. Be careful not to add well water and tap water that are prone to scale.

6. Circuit system

The circuits of startup, lighting, and instrument should be normal, and the insulating parts of all electrical accessories should not have leakage, short circuit, etc. The engine cold start device in cold area should work normally.
