The improvement of mechanized sowing quality is a key way to enhance crop yield potential, and the cooperation between agricultural machinery and agronomy can ensure the realization of high-quality machine sowing. Therefore, improving the quality of machine sowing must be the top priority, making sowing more precise, reducing seed waste, increasing seedling emergence and survival rates, and ultimately achieving high crop yields. The application of machine harvesting and loss reduction technology will reduce losses during the harvesting process, ensure the integrity and quality of grain, and further enhance the level of food security. The Municipal Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Technology Promotion Center has collaborated with technical departments in various banners and districts to innovate service methods, strengthen technical guidance, and has achieved phased results so far.


1、 Implementing demonstration and promotion to help stabilize and increase income by 2025, mechanized tillage, seeder, and plant protection operations were carried out in accordance with the requirements of high-yield corn planting technology. The experimental area was 200 acres, and two tillage methods were used in the demonstration field. Four types of seeders were compared using Beidou navigation for planting, and the advantages of planting with and without agricultural Beidou navigation were compared for a small number of plots. During the operation, IoT monitoring equipment was used to monitor crop cultivation and harvest, collect quality data, and provide data support for the advantages of high-quality mechanized sowing technology. The trial field management link and harvest link will be managed in a unified standard and mode. According to the requirements of machine harvesting and loss reduction technology, a suitable period and machine model are selected for the 200 acres of corn seeder to compare the machine harvesting and loss of corn. Promote the use of machine harvesting and loss reduction technologies suitable for the local area, radiate and drive the majority of agricultural machinery operators to operate agricultural machinery well, select the right machinery that can improve yield, and promote corn machine harvesting and loss reduction technologies.


2、 Strengthen training and guidance, promote the implementation of technology in the city and flag level agricultural machinery technology promotion departments, promote the use of high-performance seeders for planting with supporting Beidou navigation, focus on machine harvesting and loss reduction technology, strive to improve sowing quality, timely drip emergence, build a reasonable high-yield population, consolidate the foundation for yield improvement, and inject scientific and technological momentum into spring plowing production; Carry out tracking technology services in the form of "theory+practice" and "indoor+field", comprehensively improving the coverage and implementation rate of technology.


At present, it is a critical period for weeding after corn seedlings. Seize this critical opportunity to explore the application and promotion of mechanized weeding technology. Next, the agricultural technology promotion departments at both the city and county levels will anchor their goals, make precise efforts, continue to sink to the front line, provide full process tracking services, timely solve technical problems, ensure that the corn harvesting and loss reduction technology can be learned, used in a timely manner, and used correctly, and ensure that the city's corn can minimize harvest losses, allowing every harvested corn to enter the grain warehouse.
