Recently, among the continuous karst peaks in northern Guizhou, three different models of YTO hilly and mountainous equipment were respectively verified for "localization" operations and mechanized operations for crushing small fields in hilly and mountainous areas, marking a new breakthrough for China's YTO Ttractor in breaking through the bottleneck of mechanized operations in hilly and mountainous areas and ensuring national food security.

Guizhou Province is located in the east of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with hills and mountains accounting for 92.5%, known as "eight mountains, one water and one farmland". The unique terrain has created a situation where agricultural plots are "small and scattered" and terraced fields are everywhere, and traditional agricultural machinery is often "powerless" here. In addition, the aging of agricultural workers has intensified, and the traditional operation mode relying on manpower or micro tillage machines is no longer able to meet the needs of modern agricultural development. How to break through the bottleneck of mechanized operations in hilly and mountainous areas has become a key issue in ensuring national food security and promoting the modernization process of agriculture in Guizhou.

In the verification of "suitable localization" operations, 50HP-80HP YTO tractor hilly and mountainous tractors carried out typical agricultural operations such as rotary tillage and ridge raising. It is worth noting that there is a fundamental difference between "localization renovation" and common "mechanization renovation". The "mechanization transformation" mainly involves terrain improvement, land consolidation, and infrastructure optimization to provide mechanized production conditions for hilly and mountainous areas that were originally unsuitable for mechanical operations, thereby reducing human dependence and improving production efficiency; The "land adaptation transformation" emphasizes more on respecting the terrain, ecological environment, and traditional production mode. Through tailored transformation methods, it maximizes the advantages of mountain resources and develops characteristic agriculture while protecting the ecology. This undoubtedly puts forward stricter requirements for agricultural machinery and equipment. The R&D team of China YTO has accurately grasped the difficulties and pain points of agricultural mechanization in Guizhou, and has made multiple adaptive improvements to existing products based on local terrain, planting, agriculture and other characteristics and special needs. The R&D team will use this validation data as a basis to continuously optimize product performance, improve the level of agricultural mechanization in Guizhou, and inject strong impetus into the modernization of mountain agriculture.

At the same time, the YTO CZ132 tracked lightweight power platform also carried out mechanized operations for breaking small fields in hilly and mountainous areas of Guizhou. This product adopts a tracked walking system, which greatly improves the overall adhesion performance of the machine. The high ground clearance design ensures good passability, making it easy to transition between mountains or climb steep slopes. With a width of only 800mm, the whole machine is perfectly suitable for small fields in Guizhou. Combined with the single-sided braking technology of the track, the turning circle radius is less than 1.2m, and it can flexibly "turn" in small spaces, truly realizing the "big achievements of small fields" and becoming an "agricultural weapon" tailor-made for hilly and mountainous areas in China.
