What should we do when using a disc plough to plow the land with varying depths?

I. Give the plough a full body examination
When the disc plough cannot walk straight like a drunken man, don't rush to adjust the screws for now. After stopping the tractor, use a tape measure to measure the height difference between the plow discs on both sides and the ground:
(1)Horizontal calibration: Use a level to check if the beam is balanced, and if the error exceeds 3°, it needs to be leveled;
(2) Plough disk inspection: Confirm that all disks have the same diameter, and replace those with significant wear differences;
(3) Bolt tightening: Shake the plow frame for testing, loose connections will amplify the difference in depth.
II. Tractor attachment points have specific requirements
The three connection points of the tractor rear suspension are the invisible steering wheel that controls the depth:
(1) Upper pull rod adjustment: Shortening the right pull rod can lift the shallow side, and each adjustment should not exceed 2 threaded rings;
(2) Balance of the lower pull rod: The length of the lower pull rods on both sides must be consistent, and the error should be controlled within 1 centimeter;
(3) Adjustment of depth limit wheel: the shallow side depth limit wheel is raised by 1 grid, and the deep side is lowered by 1 grid, like a seesaw to find balance.
III. The University Question in Traction Angle
Finally, check the coordination posture between the tractor and plough:
(1) Traction line alignment: The center line of the tractor should be aligned with the midpoint of the plow frame. If the deviation exceeds 5 centimeters, it will deviate;
(2) Travel angle: The ideal angle is 5-10°, which can be fine tuned through front wheel steering;
(3) Balance weight: Adding heavy blocks to the right tire can improve the problem of deep right and shallow left, with a difference of no more than 50 kilograms on each side.
