Suspended lawn mower is an agricultural and animal husbandry machinery consisting of a frame, a variable speed transmission mechanism, a cutting part, and a grass collecting part. It is mainly suitable for small and medium-sized four-wheel tractors and is suitable for grass harvesting operations in pastoral grasslands and complex terrain grasslands. The core cutting component adopts a reciprocating or rotating structure. The reciprocating cutter is equipped with a light blade/toothed blade, and the average speed of the moving blade is 1.6-2.0 meters per second to adapt to high-density grass. The rotating blade cutting speed can reach 60-90 meters per second. The transmission system transmits power through a gearbox or pulley, and the hydraulic device controls the lifting of the cutter. It is also equipped with wooden connecting rods or decoupling safety devices to prevent overload damage. Some models are equipped with a spring toothed grass collection mechanism and a horn shaped discharge pipe, which improves grass collection efficiency through spiral winches and grass paddles. The equipment has a compact structure and can be connected to the tractor through a three-point suspension frame. Some models also have horizontal swing and tilt adjustment functions to cope with special terrains. Some models use a herringbone striped rubber flattening device to crush plant stems.

I. Working Principle
The working principle of a suspended lawn mower is to transmit power to the gearbox through the tractor power output shaft (PTO), and convert rotational motion into reciprocating motion through the transmission shaft and crank connecting rod mechanism, driving the cutting blade for cutting operations. The cutter uses the shearing effect between the moving blade and the fixed blade reciprocating or the impact effect of high-speed rotation of the blade rotary to complete grass cutting. The cut grass is transported by a conveying device to a grass collection mechanism, where it is collected and laid by a toothed and toothed lifting mechanism.
Modern suspended lawn mowers have developed in terms of basic structure, such as using a conical grazing belt spiral structure to coordinate and cooperate between the cutter, conveyor screw, and guide cover, in order to facilitate crop passage and reduce blockages. Some cutters adopt a design that reduces the speed of the power output shaft to lower energy consumption. Some devices have load sensing and control functions and can be connected to tractor systems. The floating pressure regulating system can adjust the pressure on the ground during operation [6]. In addition, some models are equipped with rubber flattening devices that can crush plant stems after cutting to promote synchronous drying of stems and leaves.
